Spiritual Wellness Guide, Creative, and Intuitive
My work is rooted in earth-based practices and the understanding that we are deeply connected to the natural world.
I believe we are all inherently intuitive, perceptive, and capable of far more than we’re taught to access. What some call “supernatural,” I see as natural capacities that awaken when we’re grounded, present, and in relationship with the land, the body, and our inner knowing.
Through ritual, gatherings, creativity, and one-on-one work, I create and share spaces for people to reconnect with the earth, expand their awareness, and remember what’s already within them.

Lunar Nodes Workshop
April 18th

Topanga, CAJoin us at Rituel in Topanga for an immersive experience exploring the Lunar Nodes with astrologist Ali Ofstedal, followed by a hands-on crystal infused hydosol workshop led by Tracy Kristine. Together, we’ll move beyond intellectual understanding into embodied practice,working with crystals, plants, and water as a tangible way to shift familiar South Node patterns and step into your North Node path.

Inner Vision & Dreams
May 3rd

Topanga, CAThis is a hands-on workshop focused on dreamwork and inner awareness. We’ll harvest mugwort together, drink tea, and learn about how it’s traditionally used to support dreaming and intuition. You’ll also make your own herbal lavender eye pillow to take home, something you can use for rest, sleep, and dream recall. We will explore dreams and the subconscious in a grounded, easy-to-understand way.

Spirit of the Rose

Topanga, CAJoin us for an immersive afternoon exploring the spiritual, energetic, and healing properties of the rose. Through tea, writing, intention setting, and creative ritual, we will connect with rose as an ally for the heart. Guests will experience a Love Note Ritual and create their own crystal-infused rose hydrosol and rose bath salts to take home. We’ll close with a rose ceremony led by Eve Gaines, with grazing boards and tea served throughout.
Native Plant ID Hikes + Wild Tea Foraging

Join me for a guided walk along the shaded trails off Stunt Rd, following Cold Creek. This is an easy to moderate hike, with a slow pace and plenty of time to pause, observe, and connect.
This experience is an invitation to slow down and begin to see the landscape differently. As we walk, I’ll introduce you to the native plants growing all around us.
We’ll explore both ancestral and modern perspectives, including the wisdom of the Chumash people, alongside practical ways I personally work with plants today. From wild elderflower and its natural yeast for fermentation, to hydrosols, teas, and simple herbal preparations, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how these plants can become part of your life.
Expect a relaxed, intimate experience rooted in curiosity, conversation, and shared discovery. You’ll also learn some of my favorite plants for tea and why I love working with them.

The White Cat in the Sun
A symbol of purity, innocence, and ease. The cat’s relaxed posture represents nervous system regulation. An invitation to rest, to be playful, and worry free.
The Butterfly
A universal symbol of transformation and rebirth. In this vision, it also connected directly to the lungs, breath, and the third eye chakra. The butterfly landing at the third eye symbolizes intuitive awakening and new sight. Expansion, intuition and freedom.”
