I’m a certified herbalist, community builder, wellness facilitator, and artist. I’ve spent over 15 years exploring the intersection of ancient wisdom and everyday life, working with plants, crystals, ritual, and intuitive practices as tools for clarity, grounding, and personal growth.
My work is especially rooted in bioregional herbalism and a deep curiosity about the native plants that grow around us. I love learning about the land, understanding what’s available in a place, and sharing that knowledge in a way that feels accessible and relevant. Whether I’m harvesting plants for a ritual, distilling hydrosols, or leading a workshop, my approach is practical, thoughtful, and informed by lived experience.
I facilitate workshops, retreats, and one-on-one offerings for people who are navigating change, new beginnings, or simply wanting to feel more connected and clear. My work often weaves together herbalism, ritual, tarot, and intuitive guidance, along with real-world tools and perspective. In many ways, what I do looks like life coaching, but informed by ancient and esoteric wisdom, and grounded in the body and the land.
I don’t believe in fixing or healing people. I believe in supporting them as they reconnect with themselves, uncover what’s already there, and move forward with intention. My role is to hold space, offer insight, and share tools that help people feel more resourced in their daily lives.
Everything I create, whether it’s a home energy clearing, a group workshop, or a retreat, is customized and intentional. I work slowly, listen closely, and let each experience take the shape it needs to take.
