How to Prepare

Overnight Infusion (recommended)
For deeper nourishment, prepare this as an overnight infusion.

Add 2 generous handfuls of tea to a 32 oz jar, fill with hot water, cover, and let it steep overnight (8–12 hours). Strain in the morning and enjoy throughout the day.

This longer steep time allows the herbs, especially mineral-rich ones like nettle, to fully extract their vitamins and nutrients into the water.

Best consumed within 24 hours and kept in the fridge once strained.

Single Cup (quick option)
For a lighter, more traditional cup of tea:

Add 1 small handful (about 1–2 teaspoons) to hot water and steep for 10–15 minutes.
